rear abs sensor

Novice mechanic. Cant seem to find the rear abs sensor on 2003 Explorer limited everyone says is so simple to change . Probably me. Can anyone help me locate or do I have to drop a piece of equipment to see.

On the 3 channel ABS system, the rear sensor is mounted right to the rear differential (top front if I remember correctly). Look there.

I just changed mine yesterday actually and yes it is on the top of the diff. I also changed the diff fluid while I was down there. I took out the spare tire for space and reached the ABS sensor by laying on the ground looking up at it from the front drivers side and had to get my hand in there around the other (passenger) side of the diff. Just disconnect the wire, remove the nut, and out she should come.
