Rear blower motor driving me nuts

Hey all I have a 2003 xlt with 152555 miles Recently I started to hear a click noise from the rear cargo compartment. It is coming from the driver side trim piece where the rear hvac system is. I believe it's the blend door motor. My kids have started to hear it especially when I have to use the 3rd row. Does anyone have a write up I gotta take care of it soon. Click, click,click,click. Gonna loose my mind. Thanks in advance

usually the click/clack sound will appear if you're adjusting it all the way (max) if you try slowly adjust it midway or just close to max the sound will disappear. I have mine set to just above the cold mark (max blue) where it doesn't sound. The dorman replacement I have broke just within 6months of replacing it. Didn't bother to replace it since it's quite anyway.
