I've seen a few posts on the rear bumper and towing. I am trying to re-assemble my bent bumper. I have a diagram that calls for a hitch plate that runs across the entire span of the bumper. If I get a class 3 UHaul bumper installed would I even need to get that plate? Is it needed?
