2004 XLT 6V 4.0L SHOC
Last week another SUV, an EB 2007 :(, hit my fair XLT 2004. My 2 right doors (passenger side) are crap. EB also hit my passenger rear wheel (very hard).

Results:

1.- doors can be replace (very expensive... but..... i will).

2.- Chassis is fine (thanks Ford, for Chassis construction and not Uniframe). No blend....

3.- My X´s rear passenger wheel have a very high NEGATIVE Camber. (Probably upper control arm is blend). So i live in venezuela and that arm is VERY expensive (1.279 US$ !!!!, belive it or not, FORD dealers (and almost all car manufacturers) in Venezuela are a M.F.).

I known, in stock X{s, rear caster is not posible. Or not?. Any clue?

My X its may baby, it only have 26K miles....Zero details before crash. 100% perfect. I Need help.

Any help its welcome....

P:D.: Sorry for my poor english.

I'm thinking that buying the parts from a US vendor and paying the expensive shipping would still save you money.

Before buying parts, I would have a detailed rear suspension and drive train inspection. Your axle half-shafts could be damaged as well.

Yes, i´m thinking to buy it in Miami if its necesary ( First, tomorrow, a mechanic workshop will disamble all suspension and check all parts and yes i think axle or bearing could be damaged).

By the way, prices are extremly high (each original new door with all accesories (motor for power window, lock, switches, glass window,....) cost 3.488 US$ (at a Ford dealer), door frame only, cost 1.627 US$, plus installation and painting job), sencond hand full door may be at 1.500 US$. Vehicles are stolen frequently for spare parts. A vehicle price can be 10 times vehicle price if you sell it by parts.

If somebody wants to be rich, export any vehicle original spare parts to venezuela. I am serious, think about that. Problem is legal requierements for export spare parts to venezuela (Dealers Maffia)....

Damage is bigger than i thought some days ago. Upper control arm is totally broke, disc wheel is blend, rim is crap, half axle is good, camber control arm is blend, bearing is broke....2 doors are damage, frame is blend, right post is blend too, rear bumper is lightly blend. Damn.

Extimated repair cost: 12000 US$. Thanks to god, I have insurence service.

Here is a pic of upper control arm

And X´s condition:
