rear cargo cover troubles

Hi I brought a rear cargo cover for my 96 explorer off ebay.
The cover fits properly on the sides but when I stretch the cover out it's to short. Any ideas what truck this cover is from. I was thinking maybe a Escape or a 2 door explorer. they look like their rear cargo area is smaller.

More then Likely it's off a Sport. I would call the guy and return it if ya can. Or maybe you can make it work with bungies??
