Rear differential noise.

i have an 07 ford ranger 4x4 automatic trans. with 60 thousand miles on it in my shop the rear diff. was making a poping noise and crawling real bad, so i pulled it all apart, looked every thing over and all was well, i even ran it with the drive line off to make double sure when i reassemble and ran the truck the crawling was still there does any one have info or has seen this before cuz i am at a lose. thank you

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials section. Check the wheel bearings, and the U joints.
