Having great difficulties removing the bolt that goes thru the rubber grommet of the "damper" on the rear differential housing. Dealer said very common for bolt to rust onto rubber !!
Soaked in PB(power blaster) for 24 hours-still stubborn, unbelieveably stubborn-never seen anything like this. Any suggestions?

Good luck with that one! I have never had to do it myself but if it is like when I removed the front bolt from the front eye of a leaf spring on my 71 Torino I know what you are going through. I ended up using a thin cut off blade and a reciprocating saw to cut off one end. If the bolt has a steel sleeve around it like mine did try to hit the end with a hammer to try to break the rust bond between it and the sleeve. These bolts are usually hardened steel which makes this even more difficult. I would certainly try to be patient and continue what you are doing now using penetrating oil first.
