I would like to know if anybody has had any success with the rear window child safety windows(you know, those stupid things that only allow the window to go 3/4 of the way down and not all the way) I would like to hear any input on this topic that anybody has. I would love to be able to put my rear windows down all the way. I'm tired of, on the rare occasion that I do sit there, sitting in the back and trying to put my arms out the window and being stopped by a tiny piece of glass. Help me out here guys...

Sean

Sean,

I wish I could tell you that the child windows can be turned off. All I know is the child lock on the rear doors. The reason the back windows do not go all the way down is because of the door. If you take a close look at the truck from the outside you will see that the back door goes around the back tire. There is simply not enough room in the door to hold the entire window and that is why it will not go down all the way like the front ones do.
