Rear End Troubles

I know this question has been posted before but I still can't find an answer. I've got a loud noise coming from the rear end of my XLT and I'm told by Ford that I need my wheel bearings replaced as well as a new axle seal. I've tried searching the forum for instructions on doing the work myself but haven't had any luck. Can someone point me in the direction of a write-up for this job?

type of noise? wheres the noise coming from? the rear end in general, any paticular side?

I haven't seen a 'write up' on how to do the work. If your looking for step by step instructions on how to complete the repair, you probably won't find it here. I think your going to need a shop manual for that.
