Is it just the hose clamps that failed causing the hoses to leak? I replaced the old spring style clamps with a small size stainless worm gear types that seem to be holding up well.

Hi

Ive purchased two outer standard rubber heater hoses on rockauto a 5 years ago.
Needs to be trimmed a bit and good to go.
The crimped inner ones is ford original motorcraft heater hoses.dont remember the p/n ( found at ford.parts.com diagrams)

I was hoping it would have been that simple.

No the metal nipple that comes down broke off flush on one side. See pic with red line.
