I'm preparing to add my warrior shackles this weekend and had thought about replacing my rear leaf bushings at the same time. Ive been searching and only found references that it is difficult to do. Any other thoughts on doing it? What makes it difficult? Any tips? Is it worth doing?

Thanks

When I did a search I recall someone saying the bushings were pressed in. If so they would be a PITA. I'm doing my shackles this week and I'm going to use the stock bushings that are installed. Good luck !

The bushings have to be pressed in , not worth it in my opinion unless you are having an issue with them.I didnt change them when I put my shackles on and haven't had any problems.

I'm changing my rusted out rear leaf spring hangers. The new hangers have an oval cutout right where the old ones rusted through. My plan is to weld steel plates over the ovals to beef then up. Hate installing parts that appear to be weaker than origonal.

That's my 2 cents.
