u can get some extended shackles to put on the them, they are pretty cheap at autozone around 20 bucks i think, or warrior shackles but they are a lil bit more pricey, the can lift it up to about 2 or 3 inches depending on what u get

I had this problem, could get new leaf springs or WAR 153 shackles. After i put the shackles on mine, the rear is 2 inches higher than the front.

if the springs on a Sport are sagged, they are done for , best way to fix that , get 4 door springs from a Junkyard, and put them in,
that will level out your Sport again,,

Are the shackles easy to install?

shackles are pretty easy to install i know theres a thread on here somewhere that shows how do it. took me roughly 20 mins or so by myself, just basically removing the stock ones and replacing them, just 2 bolts per side

Shackles are fairly easy, but it also depends if the bolts are rusted in there. Start spraying them with WD-40 or something similar a couple days before.

k, heres the dealio,,
listen to this good,

adding shackles to a Sport single leaf system is not only silly , it is very dangerous as the fiberglass leaf is weakened already and than adding even more force to it could cause it to break , especially if other people are in the back seat causing possible injury or even death,,

do it right , get better springs,,
shackles are good if the springs are not all sagged out,,

pb blaster works wonders, when u put the bolts back in try and coat them with white lithium grease, i believe thats what its called

Ohhh yes, forgot we were talking about a sport here haha. Get a 4 door leaf pack then the shackles.

You have a weak leaf spring. Your car only has one leaf, so an add-a-leaf isn't even an option for you. The obvious answer is to replace the part. Larger shackles will elevate your vehicle, and have you sitting higher on a bad leaf spring. That just does not sound safe.

I think I am going to go with putting new leafs on and see how it raises it. Thanks again for the replies

The Sport has rear fiberglass leaf springs? I am pretty certain the single ones on my 99 Sport are steel...Which years have fiberglass springs? I am really curious now...

I do concur on replacing springs instead of trying to boost them with helpers or shackles...
