Rear pillars painted body color?

Anyone painted their rear most, gloss-black exterior pillars the same color as the body?

I was thinking of doing this when they begin to fade. I've noticed other vehicle brands that come stock this way and it looks good.

Maybe even the ones on the doors as well.

Instead of doing the vinyl wraps.
