rear power window seal

My rear power window gasket is dangling into the cab. Looking on here and I saw to use double sided tape. How do I get to the back window to fix this?

It this the glass channel at the top or the glass wiper at the bottom? You could use 3M Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive (08008) or Goop glue.
Not that you asked but the exterior weatherstrip/glass wipe gave me issues recently and I have not been able to find a suitable replacement. It seems to be the one part of the rear window that is the same on all Sport Tracs (2001-2010).
