Probably a dumb question...If one is changing the rear rotors, does the parking brake on both sides need to be removed or does the rotor just come off after removing the caliper?

After removing the caliper, the brake rotors should
simply slide off the lug bolts and hub. If they haven't been
removed before, there will be flat steel retainers
on the lugs that will have to be removed first.

If the rotor's stubborn, spray some penetrant along the
center hub, and on the lug bolts.

Just a couple days ago I had to take my rear rotors off to fix the e-brake....But they were somewhat seized on there so I just got a hammer and wacked it real good a couple time. Then it slid off no problem!
