rear sag

i have a 98 sport....acouple of days ago i did some work to the front end where i had to jack the truck....after a couple of day i noticed that the rear seems to sag a little...i dont know if this had to do with me jacking it up, or if its just me being paraniod? have any of you guys noticed anything like that

Most explorers have a rear sag.... i dont know why... if you wanted to fix this you could install shackles like most of us have...
