Hi guys! I have an 03 xlt with sunroof and the rear seat entertainment center with dvd and flip down tv... anyhow, on the side where the dvd player is located (passenger side of the overhead console) the console seems to be unattached or getting loose... it continuously bounces up and down on that side when I go over bumps and it's driving me crazy. I want to fix this because it not only annoys me, but seems like it will only get worse over time. How are these attached and what would you recommend to re-secure it? I hope it can be done without fully removing the entertainment console... Thanks in advance!

mine fell too, but it was due to my stereo + all the flexing. it actually broke the tabs that held it in place..is there any way to fix this without buying a whole new unit?

i've been meaning to pull/clean mine, DVD flakes out now and again. According to the manual (looking forward) there are two tab's the slide/hold the right side and then three screws hold it up on the left, one screw is in the DVD storage bin, other two are in the 'open'. If you break the tab's. . . long screws? Glue tabs? replace tabs, most definitely its going to be a 'cobble job', . .tough one.
