rear tire locks up after trip to tire dealer

When I pull up to a stop sign on a smooth pavement/dirt road, The right rear tire locks up a little if I'm not really careful.
It just started yesterday after I picked it up from having the same tire thats locking up replaced. No ABS idiot light came on or anything, They HAD run my battery down though (they left the key in the "on" position for a couple hours) Can you guys think of anything to check? I'm afraid that in an emergency it would just slide and squeal instead of stopping like it normally did (it has ABS) Could they have made a mistake of some sort when replacing the tire? Maybe because of the battery drain? ABS out? Thanks

would a bad rear-end cause what I described? (it's only on faster stops) I do have a whining in my differential.

Maybe a rear wheel bearing? Do you do alot of mudding? And you have 35's? Not a good combo for wheel bearing life.

you say the tire was replaced. did you check to make sure it was the same size?? My dad had a tire place replace a tire once with a tire of the wrong size. Personally I wouldn;t deal with it and would just bring it back and tell them to fix it right..it's their problem they caused it, right?

Something else could be cheap tires. Not sure what you bought. But years ago I bought 4 new tires for a car. They were all cheap and were slicker then snot. It took a while to break them in and even still they would lock up with very little breaking pressure. And I could peel out like a top fuel dragster. And it was a 4 cylinder Mustang!

So you might want to swap the two rear tires and see if the locking up stays with the tire.

It could be the tire also, but moving it to the front would cuase it to be less likely to lock up because when you stp the front tires take most of the stopping force and the rears get less....could also be the reason it only skids on a hard stop..the weight all goes forward and allows the rear to slide.
I dunno I'm just throwing out ideas

Double check your tire pressure. My bfg's were delivered to me with 48 psi..
