Rear Windows

Hey guys,

My 2004 explorers 2 rear windows do not go down. We click the buttons but nothing happens. Could it be a fuse?

Welcome to this forum! Check the ground connection at the main driver's door panel. A blown fuse would cut the power to all of them.

Possibly be the Master Switch at the Driver's Door. Mine cut out the rear driver side only and I thought it was the switch there. Took it in and they replaced the Master one and works now. Its common with power windows. Recently I had my other passenger window motor assembly replaced. The plastic piece that attaches to the window broke and you cant just replace that. You have to buy the entire motor assembly just for that piece. Anyways, I paid around $130 parts/labor at the dealership for the master switch.

I have the same problem in my 05. Rear passenger works some days, some days it won't. Which switch is the master?
