Rear Wiper Fliud Hose Routing?

I am really stumbed on this one. I've been troubleshooting the rear wiper fluid not working over the weekend and I have a leak somewhere inbetween the firewall and the rear hatch. The pump works and I've checked the hose up to the firewall. The sprayer is in the brake light above the rear glass, I've checked the tubing untill I loose site of it going to the front in the ceiling. Somewhere inbetween the hose is leaking but I cannot find how it is routed and I don't want to tear the headliner out. I've checked the passenger A-Post and the tubing does not go up from the firewall but somewhere it gets routed up into the ceiling. I assume the leak is somewhere in the floorboard because I kept hitting the sprayer thinking there was a clog but when I opened the rear hatch all the fluid was puddled in the latch area on the floor. Truck was on an encline so leak could be anywhere and just settled in the latch area. I lifted the trim by the latch on the floor and all areas leading to the latch area are dry so I figured the fluid was leaking inside the door but I checked the tubing from the sprayer threw the door and going up to the front.

What puzzles me is that the hose seems like it runs across the ceiling so how did I get all the fluid in the back without noticing any other wet spot?

I'm suprised nobody answered this already.

The dealership charged me $60 to temporarily fix this the first time. It's a 10 minute job for a permanent fix - start to finish.

The hose routing is just below the right rear passenger glass. The rubber flex hose pops off the hard plastic hose at the transition. Usually when the wash fluid is frozen.

Sorry I don't have pictures. To fix it, start by pulling the top interior trim off just inside the rear hatch. It should pull right out. Just work on it a bit. Then pull the right rear interior piller trim off in the same manner. Now pull out on the lower trim just inside the hatch. You only need to pull it part way out. Have a pretty assistant actuate the rear washer. You'll see a jet of fluid shoot out toward the rear just below the glass. The flex hose will be right in that area. Now take a q-tip and dob it in some gorilla glue and then coat the hard plastic hose all around being careful not to get in on the opening. You can also pull the hard hose out of its clip to get some working room. Now push the flex hose on. Doing it this way insures no glue plugs up the flex hose as it wipes it back from the opening. Now reinstall trim and you are done. Wait 12 hours for glue to dry. Try it out!

You may want to hook up hose first to make sure it's not plugged anywhere before the permanent fix. Do be sure to glue it or you'll be fixing it again next time it freezes and you try to wash the rear window!
