91 explorer sport red wire at wiper does not have power. if i jump it from the battery then it all works perfectly, where does this little red bugger go and where does it like to break

Nitrogen....Did you accomplish a proof of continuity with an electric tester? , Measure the continuity with Ohms and, that way, you will know if it is cut or no the wire.
 






I had a problem like that before, I spliced into the licences plate lite. Worked till I sold it.
 






I insist ...Is a problem of electric continuity ... the cable must be cut somewhere. Use electric tester.
 






well from testing i have found that there are 2 power wires and 1 ground. the system requires power to the red wire to park the wiper and power to both power wires to run. when testing with a multimeter the red wire has no power. no its not the wire that goes to the glass safety switch, that works exactly like it should, which is why i'm wondering if anyone knows where the wire is routed
