Rear Wiper

1991 Explorer rear wiper won't work. Wiring seems ok and motor and switches work as well. Is ther a relay for it? If so where.

Make sure the latch for the window portion is locking/shutting properly when you close the glass or else the wiper won't work.

If the motor works, but the shaft does not rotate, then the shaft has sheared. It can be replaced. This happened to me.
