After having info on a recall that i didnt know existed (thanks to explore4x4) and getting ford to agree that it needs fixing ,i am now (with a smile on my face) wondering if there are any more recalls out there that i dont know about.

Micheal there is many more recalls to be considered, I Will give a web site called My Car Page that gives you all the info you need. What you do is registered yo name address and all the info about you EXPLORER and it will automaticly set up a page where you can enter all the work done on your Ex your self and maintenance schedule for future oil change and all the maintenance that needs to be done on you Ex. and of course it will give you all the recalls for you specific year and model and you can call you ford dealer and have it done there at no cost !! they don`t have the choice ! believe me I did it ! here is the link
