99 Explorer V6 SOHC
Whats up everybody. I just bought a 99 v6 SOHC 4x4 a few weeks ago. I am planning on getting the 4" superlift suspension lift when the money comes around. I am just curious on what is the biggest tire i could use with the stock wheels and stock ride height. I plan on driving in the snow. Any other ideas for upgrades would be nice too.
Thanks.

I have the pro comp 33x12.5 mud terrains on 15x8 wheels and they fit great under the 3" body lift and shackles/TT (with a little body molding trimmed). They still have a decent amount of tread left and I put them on in october of 07, and it's my daily driver. I've been satisfied with their performance on and off road. Pro Comp usually has some good sales going on, like buy 3 get one free, $150 rebates, stuff like that, if you look around.

So what's your area code? How many uncles do you have?:D

would they fit with the stock height? cause its not lifted at all yet.

Oops i didn't read the part about you being stock...you can run 31s at stock height. They would definitely be too small once you get the 4" lift on, I would say wait until you lift it to buy tires. check this thread for lift and tire sizes

it's up there in the sticky on "lifting your explorer." make sure you read those threads, they are very helpful.
