Recurring P0102 Code

I have a '97 Explorer with 4.0 ohv engine. I've been having a recurring p0102 code come up on my check engine light. I've replaced air filter (a little dirty), cleaned the maf sensor several times with maf sensor cleaner and finally replaced it with a used one, replaced the temp sensor in the air cleaner housing. It hasn't been hasn't been lacking performance until lately to where it now tries to stall when I go from reverse to drive, the mileage has been steadily dropping to where it's now getting about 13-14 mpg (it was about 18) and my wife says it has lacked power going up small hills going to work in the morning. Of course when I drive it, its fine (possibly a cold engine issue). I've checked for vacuum leaks and found none. Short of taking it in to shop to have it analized, anyone have any other ideas?
