Reinstall then engine siezed

Could really use some advice. Putting engine in 05 4.0 and after I finally got it back in car , connected to bell housing and engine mounts in it won't turn. I checked it before put it in and it was turning fine. I actually can't remeber if it was before or after I put on heads but it was turning. Now it's locked tight.
Should I remove engine or leave it in and remove heads or is there some other miracle? I removed spark plugs and sprayed wd40 in there in case it was cylinders and nothing

That was my thought too...maybe flywheel not sitting right. Thanks

I bought an engine and transmission off Craigslist. Owner said the engine was locked up so he gave me the engine cheap with the transmission. Once they were separated the engine spun fine. I never looked at the transmission, scrapped it and got another.
