remanufactured 4R70W

I just noticed a remanufactured sticker on the side of my 4R70W in my 01 Limited. It has a couple rows of numbers and a bar code.
Can i find out when this trans was rebuilt with this info?

Is it a Ford remanufactured? It may say RMP on it.

There are three lines of numbers with bar codes under each
5164-12
??120868 can't see the first two numbers
xl27z000barm

It is definitely a Ford Reman trans due to the part #. The middle numbers are the date code.

Can anyone tell me what they mean?
