When I use my remote to unlock my car, only my interior courtesy lamps and puddle lamps come on. Most cars I have owned the front and rear markers would come on too, including several Fords of similar model years. Is this the way Explorers are configured, or is there a problem with mine? It is using the factory installed keyless entry system.
Not really THAT big of a deal, but I was just curious. All the LEDs I used in the interior and puddle lamps make the truck stand out in even the brightest parking lots at night, but I was still curious.
