I'm hoping you guys could help me with this problem. I brought my 94 in for a rebuilt tranny over the summer and after I picked it up from the shop I noticed my remote starter won't work. It worked just fine before it went in. I know these guys were messing with the battery because when I droped it off the alarm was completly disarmed and when they went to pull it out for me it was going off. Could this problem have something to to with them disconnecting the battery? I was also thinking it could be the fuse but I don't know where to locate the remote start fuse.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

What about the indicator that tells the system the truck is in PARK? I bet thats the culpret!

maybe it needs to be reprogrammed? who installed the remote starter? it may have an antitheft device to where if the battery is disconnected while its on, it may shutdown to prevent theft or something like that.....
