Anyone know of the special trick to get the sub/amp enclosure panel off (passenger side cargo area) on a 03? I've tried a few times to pry it off, but I cracked it a little and now I'm scared to keep trying. I don't want to mess it up any worse. I have noticed that at least one of the little clips holding it in broke off, and I don't want any more to break off either.

And does anyone know any sites where you could buy replacement interior pieces? That little crack is killing me and I'd just assume replace the removable panel section if possible.

Thanks all.

that piece is deceaving, it actually doesnt come off, i took the whole rear quater panel off, and it doesnt look liek it will come off without breaking something.

It comes off. The Shop Manual says you have to remove the stowage compartment doors, then the stowage compartment assembly, then you have to pull the carpet aside to remove a bracket that's down there near the jack. You also have to remove Items 11 - 15. In order to get Item 14 out you have to remove the upper headliner trip panel. The Safety Belt Anchor takes a torx bit. Don't know what size. Looks like a lot of work to get in there. Good luck.

Boy that really looks like a lot of work. I just ordered a new cd player and front and rear door speakers, and I wasn't sure how the sub was going to sound or if I was going to have to put something better in there, maybe I should wait and see how the new system sounds before I mess with that.

That's a great graphic, I appreciate the help guys.
