Removing Grill Insert???

In the attempt to get rid of the shiny front end. I have come across a black grill to replace the cheap looking fake chrome crap.

I was just taking a look and see 4 tabs holding it to the fan shroud on the top. What else needs to be removed to get it out??

I am assuming there are some on the bottom as well?

I only have the pins/tabs at the top.... after those are out, remove gently. Upward, I believe - be careful, there are some cheapo parts on the grille at the bottom.

well it's easier than i expected. so nothing holding it down on the bottom?
