Replace A 2002 4L V6 Explorer Engine With A 2002 4L V6 Mustang Engine?

I heard that a 2002 4L V6 Explorer Engine can be replaced with a 2002 4L V6 Mustang engine with easy modifications.
It seems like it can be done the way it was described, but 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinions are always helpful when getting to the truth.
Any thoughts?

A 05-10 Mustang block will work. Take the accessories off your current engine and move them over to the new block.
