Check Engine light yielded P0171 and P0174, lean fuel mixture bank 1 and bank 2. Did the usual fix attempts: air filter clean - mass air flow sensor clean and then replace - fuel filter replace and then fuel pressure check. No help. After shifting the radiator hose to the other side of the oil filler intake I inspected pcv hose into intake manifold. I found the front rubber elbow was not round but collapsed and creased with what looked to be a small hole in the crease. I took a chance with the Dorman 48011 PCV Hose Kit sold on Amazon and found the larger elbow fit perfectly. The longer segment of the elbow should face toward the rear of the vehicle. I used the spring clamp provided to clamp the elbow long side to the plastic pipe but I used an SAE #12 hose clamp on the short side because the existing space made it difficult to open the spring clamp. (Though I probably could have done it with bent needle nose pliers). I also smeared a little silicone grease on both plastic mating surfaces to make it easier to push the hose on before securing. Cleared the check engine light with no further issues.
