I'm glad I did the body lift. It made things so easy. I just jacked up the front Crossmember till the wheels were almost off the ground and moved the inner splash shields. It took about 30 minutes if that to change all 8 plugs. What also made it easy was a 3' extention with swivel socket. I could do full turns instead of racheting.
The OEM plugs NASTY!
With the new plugs the truck fired right up without the usual knock I'd get. Also the idle is 10 times smoother.
I was going to do wires but they all looked in great shape.
If your putting off changing your plugs. DO IT!
Also while I was working in that area I grabed some stock 5.0 headers just for giggles. The passanger side one could prolly fit. However that drivers side is one big mess of ****.
