Fluid is fine and float is fine. I called one of those online mechanics and he things switch is bad. It could be..but seems a coincedance. No power at switch but he said there wouldn't be. It 'grounds' when fluid is low. We tried to jump the wires but no effect on light. I thought THAT would verify if it was the switch but he thought not.
So I'm looking at switch but it appears to be imbedded into the reservoir. I don't think it can be removed or the reservoir itself. So that leaves replacing the master? I still have doubts about it being the switch. Any idea are appreciated. I've gone through the 'low fluid warning' posts but not sure any fit my situation

Maybe there a short in the wiring.

I'm starting to think that. I was able to get this and I can see the wire(s) go to the ABS. Given I just replaced that I may have done something with the wires

It looks like the short would have to be between the ABS module and the switch.
