this is my first post so im hoping im posting this in the right section. i have a 97 explorer xlt and i want to replace all the in dash lights to blue ones. also does anyone know where i can get gauge clusters for it. and how hard would it be to replace ALL the lights in the interior...as in the in dash, the ones in the door for the window controls and the ones in the steering wheel?

Time consuming, when I had my sport I started replacing bulbs w/ led's and resistors. You just have to take apart everything replace the light's and put it back together, the instrument cluster could be the most challenging - I just put white faced gauges over it and didn't need to change bulbs.

Doing a search will let you know that it takes more than changing bulbs to change color as the bulbs in there now are clear.

When I put blue LED's in for my headlight switches and 4x4 switch, it changed them to blue.
