Replacing the passenger side window motor

99 Explorer and the pass side window is all the way down and won't go up. I tried both the driver and passenger side switch and nothing happens. I checked the connector and the power and grounds are good. I tried powering the window motor with the power probe and nothing happens. I'm pretty sure the motor is toast. Can the motor just be replaced or is it the whole complete assembly with regulator and motor?

I know this isn't an actual solution, but my passenger window sometimes won't come back up when it's down all the way, no motor noise or anything.
If I pound my fist a time or three on the outside of the door right where the motor is, it will then work. It doesn't happen often enough for me to fix.
I'm sharing this in case you need your window up before you find out the real fix, this might help and work for you.

The window motor is replaceable. Get one from Ford, only costs a little more. I put 2 in from Napa and they each failed inside of a month. I did the driver's side, but passenger side is about the same. When you drill out the rivets, replace with a 1/4" bolt and nylock nut. Easier, and if you don't have the huge rivet gun, they are hard to find. Not a bad job at all.

Which rivets do I drill out to remove the motor? Near the motor there is a nut and below it there is a rivet (with the yellow arrow) Is the motor held by this nut and one rivet?
