Replacing Valve Cover

I will be replacing my driver side valve cover on my 4.0 OHV engine. The cover developed a tiny pinhole in the rear corner, and since i use sinthetic, it leaks a tiny bit (can't have that in my nice x).....anyway.........has anyone done this? anything i should know? does it take long....i have noticed some parts to remove. Any info greatly appreciated!!! thankx
