I just had to replace the Sway Bar Links on my Explorer, and the new ones did not come with any nuts. One side had the original Motorcraft Sway Bar Link, but the other side had some aftermarket brand and the previous owner not only didn’t grease the bushing, but he also cross-threaded both nuts onto the link.

What size are the nuts on the link? I’ll give you a head start: They are not M12x1.75 or 1/2in-13

UPDATE:
To update everyone. I found out that it is a Size M14. It is Ford part number W713968S440.

I was able to find it at Rock Auto.

1/2in should be about right, but the pitch of the threads are in question.

1/2-20?

parts.ford.com

For my 2017, they show M14

Search the internet using the provided part number, you could probably find it cheaper. *EDIT: I just found all the nuts on Rockauto.com You'll need the part numbers from the ford site above, and search directly on rockauto for them. I reused the nuts from when I did mine, I should replace those as well. 🥴

EDIT: This is assuming the fronts, OP didn't specify front or back links. Rears are M10s

Levittown Ford is the place I always recommend. Much less expensive than the Ford Parts site. They are a forum vendor and they offer a discount to forum members. As well, Benny has been very helpful in answering questions.

Fairly certain they're M10x1.25, which is not the standard M10 pitch, so M10x1.5s which you'd regularly find bind up. Both aftermarket sets I've had were the same.

Edit: this is the rears I didn’t catch OP was looking for fronts.
