Found another head for my 2.3 FI on a 90 Mustang, and it seems to be OK. Took off down the road without ddoing the ignition timing and also forgot to reconnect the alternator. after a while, it kept stalling at idle. Reconnected the alternator, but lost more power going home. Valve timing was right, so I put a vacuum gae on. Best I could get was 10 inches. Checked and pluge every port, including the PCV, EGR and brake booster. No help. I'm thinking plugged converter after all that water from the cracked head. Any other ideas?
