iv got another valve body with all the solinoides from another same 4r55e as mine, i find that shifting into reverse when cold is quick and all good, but after say 20min when its all warmed up, its abit slow to ingage reverse and need revs at 25000 rpm to get it going in and moving, same as 3rd gear, can this be related to the solinoides? iv had the code read i cant totally remember what it was Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off or similer with the STUCK OFF problem, can this be fixed with the replacement of the solinoides?

The reverse servo has an O-ring seal on it that's prone to leak. Ford has available a redesigned seal that has a lip on one side, that seals better.

This new seal may or may not fix the lazy shifts, but it's inexpensive and relatively easy to try. Hardest part about it is having to pull the pan again.....
