I replaced the third brake light and now the right brake light doesn't work.....Is it connected to the third brake light.... Should I tear it back apart and make sure it is hooked up

Id test the brake light socket with a multi-meter to see if getting power first. If it isn't then yeah probably

OK.....The socket is dead so I'm going to take the third brake light apart.....My question is does the right brake light feed from the third brake light

I'm sorry it is a 1997 sport 6 cylinder stick....If that helps...There is no hookup for trailer on it either

I am far from a novice with electronics. But when you tested with the multi-memter did you test it with the lights on and or brake pressed so electricity was flowing to the socket?

Also have you check the blub maybe it went out, loose connection, something? Maybe switch the bulb from the other side to make sure?

I don't wanna have you taking everything apart without checking everything else first. You checked the fuses? etc?

Just give it a really good once over and try to find out where the problem is centralized before you start.

Does it have separate fuses for each side as I have no power on the right side with the brake depressed and running lights work....It has separate turn signal and that works..... I'm at a loss except the third brake light..... I'm going to take it apart and make sure that the wires are connected....My main question is does the right brake light feed from the third brake light as well

Again I am far from any type of expert but it should be feeding from the same fuse for the brake lights at the least. As far as where it feeds and fuse number I don't know. I am just going off of general knowledge. You really need to check the wiring diagrams and learn them.
