Rear defrost light doesn't work

My rear defrost light recently doesn’t light up when I press the button in, I’ve checked the fuses and none of them are blown. It appears that even though the light doesn’t work that it does actually defrost but sometimes it doesn’t seem like it defrosts at all. This is on a 96 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer V6.

You can take it apart and check the bulb. It screws in place so it could have gotten loose. Or the bulb could of just burnt out.
