Right outer tie-rod bolt

Failed the MA inspection today. The guy who did the inspection said my Right outer tie-rod bolt is loose and needs to be tightened and I should get an alignment. Does this seem possible or will it most likely need replacement?

The outer tie rod bolt is loose? Go get a wrench tighten it, it should be easy enough
But actually if you take it in for an alignment, they'll tighten this bolt for you.
