as i was undoin the last bolt it gave way on the inside of the frame rail, how can i remove it still, there no acces to reach inside or grip it from the inside?
remove the bracket and bolt head. Spray with penetrating oil (not WD some proper stuff) then use a sharpish screw driver and stamp a slot in it and try to wind out. Otherwise you will have to drill out gradually untill you reach the threads and then chase those out.
hi Steve if you remove the bumper there are a couple of slots in the chassis you may be able to get a bar into to jam the spinning nut. if not grind the head the bolt the nut will probably be lose in the chassis you may be able to retrieve it through the slots and then get a new one in .cheers Chris
