rolls in park

need some help;have '91 xlt 2wd,swapped automatic tran's .used haynes repair manual to adjust linkage,all gears work as per shift indicator,but rolls when in park.any help? thanks

try checking the neutral safety switch.

would the safety switch keep it from going into park?
it starts ok in park an netural. thanks
