Rotor removal - Help Needed!

1995 Explorer Expedition
Got the caliper off and the self adjuster for the ER brake completely backed off, but I still can't get the rotor off....any help/tips/tricks?
 






a brass hammer and hit it a couple of times. Hit it hard and it will come off.
 






Well, I finally got it....took a torch and an air hammer but it finally came off...'bout destroyed the rotors though.
