On my way back from UCLA medical center, I had to litteraly floor my brakes to get any kind of slowage, and I knew this about 3k miles ago when Ford told me I had maybe another 5k on them, so they're just about gone.
Anyways, I'm interested in the Powerslot or perhaps slotted/drilled ones, but I've heard that these babies are vulnerable to cracking? Any insight on this?
Also, certain performance brake pad I should be looking for? Plan to do this next weekend as well as paint the calipers maybe, since I'll have something worth looking at under there.
I know EE has the Powerslots, but in the special pricing, I don't see where it mentions a '98 Sport 2WD.. correct me if I'm wrong? Wouldn't mind going through them if they still have 'em. If not, preferred place to purchase this stuff from?
