rough idle cold start

when its below 60 degress when you first start it it wont idle until the temperature comes up,changed iac,map, sensors,checked for vaccum leaks still the same,after it warms up runs great,and if you stop and come back right before temp hand goes to c it runs fine

What engine do you have?

Have you checked the Intake Air Temperature and Engine Coolant Temperature sensors since it seems to be temperature dependent?

4.0 sohc,seen 2 sensors side by side on thermostate housing,i know one is temp sensor but dont know what the other is
