rough idle'n and stalls

My 97 explorer stalls going real slow speeds/parking/stop at red light/idleing in line to tacobell. was wondering what would cause this and how to fix

hmm off the top of my head i would check these items
Spark Plugs and wires,Fuel Filter, maybe do an injecter cleaning and maybe a seafoam treatment.
